At bu.nk candle co., we take pride in crafting high-quality, organic luxury candles that elevate your space. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns or exchanges within 30 days of delivery for unused and unopened candles in their original packaging. To initiate a return, please contact us at bunkcandleco@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please email us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. We will gladly send a replacement or issue a refund.
Non-Returnable Items
Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns on:
• Used or partially burned candles
• Sale or clearance items
• Custom or personalized orders
Refunds
Once we receive your return and inspect the item, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
Shipping Returns
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged or defective. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost returns.
